1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 24x7 Service Reception service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
24x7 Service Reception provides an AI-powered receptionist service that answers phone calls, qualifies leads, and sends notifications on behalf of home service businesses. The Service includes call answering, lead qualification, SMS notifications, call routing, and call recordings.
3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
24x7 Service Reception SMS Alerts Program
By opting in to receive SMS messages from 24x7 Service Reception, you consent to receive automated text messages related to our AI receptionist service, including but not limited to: lead notifications, call summaries, appointment confirmations, service alerts, and account updates.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Simply text "STOP" to any message you receive from us. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and lead volume. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

4. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Fees and Payment
- The Service is offered at $149 per month with a 14-day free trial
- A one-time setup fee may apply, which is waived if you remain a customer for 60 days
- Fair-use call and SMS volume is included; usage-based charges may apply at very high volumes
- Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Use the Service to make harassing or fraudulent calls
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
7. Industry Standards Compliance
Our Service complies with applicable telecommunications regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and carrier requirements for A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging. We maintain compliance with CTIA guidelines and industry best practices for SMS messaging.
8. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES. If you or your callers have a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softmax LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Softmax LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and call content.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
